Update Question
  • I was doing an update, and it got to where it asks you if you want to install a "new version." At first I was confused what that meant, so I opted to hit "D", where it shows you the difference. I then realized it was asking if I wanted the latest version of Ubuntu, which I don't. Now it appears to be stuck. I want top go back to where it asked me what I wanted to do, and go with the default, which is stay with current version. But I don't know how to do that, and the process now seems stuck. What should I do?
  • Well, I decided to be daring, and did a shutdown. No damage done. I then ran update again, and it told me to manually run the command to choose to stay with the current version. I then ran update a gain, and all seems well now!
