Power management in LXLE is auto-configured by TLP.

The link in the menus takes you to the homepage to show what can be done if one wants too.

There is little need to change the default settings, this post is to notify everyone wondering about power management in LXLE. I thought it was self explanatory but perhaps not, even though this is addressed on the wiki.
