I've installed LDLE eclectica on my Asus E200HA, well known for being a huge trouble through most linux distros.
LDLE worked on first try, no tweak needed, and proved to be very friendly and deeply customizable.
Thanks for the hard work !

Installed on Dell Dimension 4600 (single core P4, no hyperthreading even) and this thing is freaking awesome! Tried Mint before but it was sluggish and I had issues with sound. Lxle has a very polished UI and feels quite zippy for a decade old machine, yay!

I've installed LXLE on several computers, including the troublesome Asus X205TA (Eclectica 16.04.1 definitely is a smoother installation).

I've even put this on a Sony Vaio UX180P micro-PC, where it runs smoother than Windows XP.

I think this is a very solid distribution with a good selection of included programs and an ease of use that benefits the novice.

I just migrated from LXLE 14 to 16 on an AMD Athlon 64 X2 3800+ machine, with 3GB of RAM. My system has a basic Nvidia Geforce 210, and HD Video from YouTube plays smoothly in VLC Media Player. Modern websites even run decently for such an old CPU architecture, even with Firefox web browser.

I'm somewhat new to Linux and have tried many versions but have really fell in love with LXLE. I have been telling others about it and hope they too will give it a go. ~Billy Myers
