Hi all here is a easy way to make changes on your Grub with this GUI app.

code

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:danielrichter2007/grub-cutomizer

enter

sudo apt-get update

enter

sudo apt-get install grub-customizer

one you install it, you will find it in Menu>system tools>Grub Cutomizer
