The computer I am using to send this "lack" is running Ubuntu. It will soon be running LXLE also. In Ubuntu I can drag the above URL to the Desktop for handy reference. I am not able to do this in LXLE running on my other computers.

If I am missing a procedure for doing this simple operation I would appreciate help. If there isn't a way to do it, it needs to be added.
