Chrome and Steam won't minimize

    Greetings! 

    I tried searching for this topic but was unable to find anything. For these two apps, minimizing does nothing except to hide just the very top of the window where the minimize, maximize/restore, and close buttons are. I've tried changing Chrome's setting that allows you to use the system's titlebar and borders without any luck. 

    Spec wise, I have an Nvidia GTX 650 Ti Boost card using the proprietary drivers. After I post this I'm going to try using the universal driver and see what that does. Any other ideas?

    Ok I can confirm it doesn't happen with the Xorg driver, only with the current Nvidia driver.
