what is the user name and password in the live CD

    Hi
    I have a Dell Mini 10 that has 2 Gs of ram. When I try to load the only top of the screen is visible.
    After digging around I found I was missing a driver 

    sudo apt-get install firmware-b43-installer

    Doing this seems to fix the missing driver, but you have to log out, and log in to finish the job. How do I do this?

    Go to menu>logout>logout hit enter then log back in. there is no password on the live.
