Spanish Language incomplete?

Hi got a problem. I live in Argentina, personally all my oses are in english. But I have to install LXLE for Spanish speaking people. In this case 3 Lenovo 300 C200 Notebooks.
On installing LXLE be that from Live already booted medium or from initial boot, downloading updates during installation and selecting Spanish as language and Spanish latin American as keyboard dist system boots into English, l have to do first an apt get update dist upgrade THEN install Spanish and remove English, log out, chose Spanish, log in again.
BUT I GET MIXED LANGUAGES. For example synaptic menus are all in English, libre office in Spanish, menus mostly in Spanish, some English....
¿IDEAS PLEASE?
