I have lxle32.iso ready to burn, but what am I supposed to do with lxle32.iso.md5? As you can see, I am new. Thanks!

@airjet
the .md5 file contains an 'md5sum' checksum for the lxle32.iso file you downloaded.
Using a terminal:
~$ cd <directory containing lxle32.iso>
~$ md5sum lxle32.iso
<wait a while for the last command to finish and spit out its long number of digits result>
~$ cat lxle32.iso.md5
<compare the 2 checksums for equality>

That is for the overly cautious. Normal users just burn the damn iso and go.
