How to set music player to default for mp3 discs - Tricks, Tips & Tutorials Threads on LXLE forums

I put in a mp3 disc and it opened with movie player. Is there away to set defaults for file types ??

It's easier than you think, Shade!

Open the File Manager.

Select any file of the type for which you would like to specify/change the default app.

Right click on the file, select Properties.

Select the Open With tab.

Select the app you wish to set as Default and click 'Set as Default.'
