can't get to answers in threads

obvi I'm new to forum...I can't seem to get to info on threads...am logged in, and membership was accepted.

What do I clk on to read answers to querys...trying to find out how to disable lockscreen.

Due to a paypal fight I had the site was offline for a few when it came back on everything was jacked... been trying to get it fully functional again.
