Hello friends, I have this sound card , which works perfectly under Windows environment (XP) however under linux it is impossible to get sound from right channel, I only have sound on the left channel (speakers and headphones). I tried to search for linux driver, but it doesn't exit. I have a folder with all the driver for Windows, but I cannot execute them with wine.   I am able to execute the main "setup.exe" file but it doesn't find the sound card (don't worry it says the same under windows environment, that is why I am trying to install only the driver).

On Terminal , when I run alsa mixer , the card seems to be recognized but like this   - ICEnsemble ICE1724  Chip: VIA Technologies VIA1618   -

Under "pulse audio manager" it is - VT1720/24 Envy 24PT/HT PCI Multi_channel audio controller stereo analog- (sorry for any spelling mistakes , english isn't my native language)
