Modify menu

    Hi everyone!

    I wanted to ask how to modify the lists of programs that appear in the Panel Menu miniapp, because several deleted programs still appear.

    I removed some of the menu items that way, but others don't show up in that folder.
    For example, I have two Screenshots, the m(ate)screeshot that doesn't
    work, and the gnome.screenshot that does work, and they both appear in
    the menu (the reason there are two is that I was only able to associate
    the Print Screen key with the gnome.screenshot). Or the Dictionary (mdict.desktop) too.

    You can also modify the menu by gui method with the install of Alacarte - a menu program.  Lets you delete and sort items in your menu panel.
