Often when I shutdown i see a Kernel panic that says

"error while loading shared libraries :libgcrypt.so.20: cannot open shared object file: no such file or directory [5451.225751] CPU: 0 PID:1 Comm: shin Not tainted 5.4.0-131-generic #147-Ubuntu"

Reading elsewhere it sounds like it is trying to shut down too quickly but I am not sure how to proceed, any help is much appreciated.
