How to change the size of the top menu letters ?

    I am using LXLE focal.  I appreciate it much. 
    I have just a problem for the moment.

    The menu (on the top panel with a bird wing icon) has rather small letters for each item.

    Please let me know how to make them bigger so that my eyes will not get tired.

    Thank you very much. I could solve the question above.

    By the way,  in using "Check & Install Updates」", words have rather large space on it.
    It gives me sort of dull impression.
    I would like to see  neater lines. （so that words on the line will be drawn up.)
    Please let me know how to do it.

    you increased the font size. hence larger letters on the check and install...
