I have 2 monitors and a display port output wired to my TV. My AMD video card does not recognizance the TV and control it properly unless the TV is turned on when I boot up. If the computer is up and running and I want to start streaming to the TV, I need to reboot the machine to get the video card to beheave as it should. Is there a service that I can stop and restart that will reload the video drivers/services that can do this same thing for me without the reboot. I am sorry but I do not know what commands to run and post to provide the background you would need to hlep me so please help me through this from scratch.
