Bluetooth dongle detection problem

    While I have found LXLE 18.4.3 practically perfect in every way (LINUX MP) I have a continuous problem with detection of my bluetooth transceiver that I don't have with other linux or windows systems.  It is never detected at boot & each time I want to use it I must remove it while LXLE 18 is running & reinsert it ahain.  Yes simple solution.  Also annoying.
    Any idea why this version might do this?  Is this an LXLE 18 bug?

    so it's not bluetooth not being active? but the device not being seen?
