I have been using LXLE for about 6 years. I used it to resucitate a very old desktop. It worked so good that I installed it on my daily driver back then. It was smoking fast and stable. It is a Lenovo N586 with AMD A6/8GB RAM/SSD. I am looking to replace that machine now and I know I will want to immediately load LXLE.

My question is exactly opposite about compatibility. I am looking at probably moving to a machine with minimum specs of 20GB RAM, i-7/Ryzen 6 and NVIDIA GTX 1650. Is there any specific brands/models that are more problematic with installation or driver compatibilities? I don't want to invest in a machine that will be difficult or impossible to install on.
