Finally found the time to install it today.
Works pretty fine, however, I've noticed the following things:
1. Installer seems not to be translated everywhere. E.g. the option to install proprietary drivers is in English, while the rest is properly translated to German.
2. Installer's background (after console output has finished and the window occurs) behaves like a crashed win98 window / solitaire (for windows).
(Please ask if I have to clearify this :) )
3. Weather seems not to load on my install. It just opens an empty sakura window.
