Black Screen on Live USB just after the boot menu

    Hi everyone!

    I'm trying to install LXLE on an ASUS R417N Laptop a bootable USB that I already used to install LXLE on another computer (so I know it's working fine).

    Just after the initial boot menu (Try LXLE or Disc check) I got a black screen. I know the system actually boots because I can hear the sound when the system finished loading the OS but still the computer is completely unusable.

    If you know how to make it works your help would be greatly appreciated, LXLE is the only OS I want to install on this computer after trying a lot of others.

    Thanks but I don't know how to do that, F4 does not work before or after the GRUB menu.

    it's on the live cd menu right at startup

    Are you using an older Nvidia card?
