Bottom panel positioning not available

I just finished downloading the live DVD of LXLE 16.04.1, and I found that the panel is on top. This by itself is no big deal, but when I try to go into the panel settings, I find that the "bottom" choice is grayed out, and on the bottom is precisely where I like my panel, and no place else will do for me -- and I can't select it -- GRRRRRRR!!!!!!!! WHY?!!

Never mind, I just figured it out. There's already a panel down there, which is why it wouldn't let me select it, and it's not visible unless you hover your mouse over it. LXLE, thanks for leaving me totally bewildered there for a few minutes, feeling like I'd entered the twilight zone. LOL No biggie, once I install this, I'll be able to easily set it to my personal tastes. :-)
